i waited a long time for this group of NCR to meet up with group of Fiends

and all they can manage to do is equip weapon sometimes maybe get 1 shot if they're fast and then it detches from their hand back into their invents then they equip it on their back and redraw it

any chance is a console command to fix this or what mod is causeing it

Why is PN Core not enabled. If you are not using then why is it installed.

I do not know what the other mods are except for YUP and Mod Configuration Menu.

i dont know how to use PN x.x i want use it though if i can tweak balance with it
