Hi. I have Fallout 4, all was dandy then after a few mods any enemy that does damage to me explodes into a bloody mess. I have tried a new game, disabling all mods and new game, removing everything on my character, resurrecting my character, disabling and enabling my character, and the "Dispelallspells" command but no luck, if anyone can help me diagnose what is happening and/or help me stop this from happening I would be extremely thankful.
