Enemy equipment by level

I was wondering if there was a table or source that listed the various enemies and their equipment broken down by the players level I've done a little looking but haven't come across much more than maybe 2 or 3 different enemies at best.

New Vegas doesn't have the "bandits in glass armor" syndrome Oblivion had. Nothing scales to player's level. Except for DLCs (I think).

That's not true at all. As an example, Veteran Rangers appear, and are armored, according to the level of the player.I would assume, though I've never seen a table of info before, that The Vault is the place to go for information along the lines of what you're looking for.

There actually is a leveling system put in but it doesn't apply to all NPC's.
For example, you'll see Ranger Vets carrying .357 revolvers and trail carbines at a certain level and then later on see them carry brush guns, assault carbines, and anti-material rifles another level.

The mojave wasteland isn't that dangerous after your reached mid-20's level unless your running mods. Powder Gangers still carry crappy weapons no matter what level (except vault 19).
And most Fiends are carrying crappy weapons except the occassional RCW, Laser rifle, or Plasma rifle, otherwise you'll see lots of pool cues, varmint rifles, and caravan shotguns....even at level 50.

I think they made New Vegas with this old engine and made it mellow so they can build us up for something epic and dangerous in Fallout 4. NV is more of a story than a full Fallout game.

They don't scale exactly but there is a range of levels where different weapons become more prevalent like the rangers going from cowboy repeater to trail carbines to brush guns. Unfourtunatley the wiki has yielded nothing thus far.
