Enemy level-scaling feature

So apparently the difficulty + level of the enemies is dependent upon the level you are when you first enter the area. Do you like this idea or can you think of something better?

It has been a while since I last played an Elder Scrolls game, but I do think that as you leveled up the creatures got stronger and loot was better. But now the difficulty is solely based on when you FIRST enter the area.

yeh in oblivion it would put it there when you first entered, but they respawn every 3 days so it kinda resets it

Oh, I see what you mean. Did Bethesda say anything about it resetting in Skyrim?

I'm certain it would. If it didn't, Myself and thousands of others would be stuck fighting wolves for the rest of their game.

(I get around)

I predict that many people will walk all around the world without killing anything, so that every place is leveled to a level one.

Now that is a sad thought! People could just make a character, travel EVERYWHERE and the whole game would be based around level 1. Jeez, that could be bad.
