Enemy Variants?

One of the things I've been really impressed by throughout all of the trailers and screenshots are the Draugrs. It seems like every time I see another one, there's some small difference from all of the others. I keep catching myself going "Oh! This one has a beard" or "That one has an awesome helmet!"

This is something that didn't happen in Oblivion. Just about every variety of enemy, from zombies to wraiths to scamps, and even random wildlife like wolves and bears had only one or two variants. Fallout 3 improved this a bit by giving each rank of super mutants 3 or 4 different armor sets and giving feral ghouls different faces and clothing, but it still wasn't anything extensive.

But now the draugrs really have me excited. I'm not expecting the hundreds of different variants you'd get from a mod like MMM, but it looks like Bethesda is really making an effort to give creatures a wide range of appearances.

My question is: Just how many creatures do you think will be varied like the Draugrs are? Will we see tons of different looking giants? Will more complex creatures like trolls, daedra and even dragons have various slightly tweaked models?

*Note- To further clarify, I'm not talking about name/rank variants like "Draugr Warrior/Priest/Overlord" or "Skeleton guardian/hero/champion," I'm asking about purely aesthetic variations.

I think they took a similar approach to Draughr as they did with Dremora in Oblivion. They're a race that has the character customization available. I think we'll only see this level of detail carry over for humanoids but I could be wrong.

We're getting different kinds of dragons, but from what I can tell this just means they are not all fire breathing rather then different visually.

I thought that too at first, but then I saw the picture of a skeleton that has the exact same stance as the draugrs. Dremoras in Oblivion used the same animations as the player, but I really don't think that will be the case for draugrs and skeletons here. They just wouldn't feel undead.
