It's been 200 years. There was large-scale nuclear destruction. What part of humanity didn't seek shelter in some kind of bunker died or lost much of it's scientific knowledge.
So how would these servant type robots have survived all this time? Furthermore Mr.Handy is exactly that kind of bot.
Mr.Turret sounds badly designed and not fitting into the setting.
Power Mutant sounds like Warhammer 40k Orks.
I'd rather we see genuinely new and interesting enemies, based more around mutation. We have deathclaws, radscorpions, cazadores, giant rats, giant insects, crab-people... let's continue along those lines.
Super Mutants are already super. Then Bethesda topped super with Behemoths (which imho didn't fit very well). No need to make them cybernetic as well. They were a failed "breed" of man that should slowly die out.
Ghouls are the memory of the past, leftovers from another time. They seem to slowly go out as well, by way of mental degradation (in other words they seem to go bonkers with time).
Bots we have a various shapes, but here the mindset should remain that it's limited to 1950 retrofuturistic ideas. No megabots, no transformers etc.
Which brings us to the cybernetic as introduced by Bethesda. Personally I don't see them fitting well with the setting itself. But new games need new enemies and it's ultimately in Bethesdas hands.
