Is just me or it seems that Energy Transfer don't restore to full energy your suit?
I have Energy Transfer level 3 and, if I kill someone, it restores 30% - 50% of my energy. There it sais that at level 3, it will restore full energy. In other words, if you are clocked and shoot'n'kill someone, you energy goes from 0% to 100%, no? Well it doesn't!

It doesn't give you 100% it only gives you 50% on level 3

Madness, that site unfortunately is hopelessly out of date now. it does indeed restore 100% but they nerfed it so if you use anything with drain you only get the first wave of energy.
