OT: I'm going to be a heavy engie so there is at least one?

Ive been thinking of being a heavy engineer for awhile, but i cant decide between med or heavy, im still leaning just a tiny bit more to the heavy side tho. i like big guns and i cannot lie! :gun:

I like the idea of a heavy engineer more and more now, it seems like a really good idea. That's probably what imma go for

Engineers not focused around Killing?

Im gonna use my Turret to assist me to my killing. I got TWO guns!

Im actually gonna be trying to find the unused method in the game and make it the best.

Im still an Operative. Im gonna play Soldier first to get the silencers and some exp.

Uhh, not sure what your saying there, are oyu being sarcastic? "Def. Not me" whats that supposed to mean? an i have been playing engineer since the first time ive seen that class in a game, which was in battlefield 1942 i think, to bad my copy doesn't work anymore for some reason, that game was fun, good times....

I've run my share of exceptional engineers, but since there's more than one way to build your engineer I'm not concerned with who's "best".

I'm going to be on 360, even though I have both systems. I've got more friends on the 360, and a mic, and Gold that I don't want to go to waste. (it would just sit there running out while I spend months and months playing Brink on the PS3, if I went that route)

i went with 360 for more or less the same reasons as Mad Hatter also im more used too the controller.

horse is on 360 version? i'm doomed! he's already beaten the game before it's even come out, for he is the Brink god. Wraith is a very close second,he's the Forum God, Horse is our God of Brink for he bears the Brink Bible. so Wraith is more like Horse's voice...i guess...or something like that i dunno it's just about ,LA:TE am, in the morning.

I was under the impression you could change your class on the fly during game play to what ever class you felt was needed by your team at the time of battle?

You can, but you develop your character via abilities and such. You'll be able to change your role in battle, but it may not be what your character does best.

I said definately not me because you said people were copying you with the Engy class... I said def not me because Battlefield is the only game I've played that I haven't enjoyed playing an engineer because I'm not a fan of using and repairing vehicles in video games. Every other game I'm in love with engineer so I can't be copying you. You get me now? Lol

I'm mixed on the subject, on one hand I accept the need to switch if your team isn't set up right, but on the other hand a lot of people seem to think that people have to set themselves up to be able to switch. It's one of those subjects that could lead to a division in the community.

I'm hoping we end up with a mix of guys that can bounce between two or more clases as well as guys that are really defined in a particular class. A solid mix of strength and flexibility for the team.

My favs in BC2 is Recon & Medic... The one thing I like about engy though is drilling people in the back of the head

I'll be on 360 but not as a bullet shield(soldier) or a walking Oxy Torch(Engineer). Me i'ma be the long rang fast as hell pain in your ass (operative/sniper). So cold you all look in the optics Smile and wait for the flash. Cheers!!! :wink_smile:

You can change classes at Command Posts.
