The problem is not that I bought the wrong version of Lonesome road, The problem is that the orignal versions of the dlc I purchased have been removed from my PSN store. All pervious versions I purchased were the smaller "US" versions that would show up on the CANADIAN PSN store when they would launch.
Right now in the Canadian psn store, Dead Money, Honest Hearts, and Old World Blues state in the product description, that you need the product code BLUS-30626, At this moment the versions without that requirement have been removed. Lonesome Road on the other hand, apears in 2 formats; one english only, the other french/english. Neither of their product descriptions state that you require a certian product code to use.
As far as which version of the game I have, that would be BLUS-30500 the US version of the bluray that was shiped inside of the Canadian Collectors editions.
That being said, when the game installs on mty PS3 it's Game data utility says (US), my Classic Pack creates a folder called, "Fallout: New Vegas DLC - (US)" When I download Lonesome Road, it also goes into that folder. Yet when when i download the bilingual versions of Dead Money, Honest Hearts, and Old World Blues (even though those weren't the versions I orignally purchased) They create a new folder called "Fallout: New Vegas DLC - (CA)"
The fact that they not only removed the versions of prior expansion packs which are compatiable with the english only version of Lonesome Road, and that they never provided any information on the product page for either version of Lonesome Road in the Canadian PSN EXPLICITLY stating that anyone who has the BLUS-30500 version of the game, would be required to buy the french/english version if they had uninstalled their game data utility which contained the "US" dlc due to the removal of the english only variants of the expansion packs from the store makes both gamesas and SCEA fully responsible.
To Make matters worse, those us versions of the dlc have not only been removed from the store, but they have also been removed from my download history on their orignal purchase dates, and are unavalible for download period.
I'm sure i'm not the only person who got screwed like this. What shocks me is that even after removing the english only versions of DM, OH and OWB, they still put up the english only version of LR on the 20th even though it's not compatiable with the bilingual versions and causing a disservice to anyone who has a BLUS-30500 edition of the game, the majority of which are most likely from collectors editions sold in Canada.
