Enhanced Grabbing and DR5 : IV

Hello! I've heard that Put it in its Place - Enhanced Grabbing and Deadly Reflex (I use version 5) have some issues if used together.
Please, can someone confirm me this, and specify what kind of issue it is?

AFAIK it only affects version 6 since that's the only one that replaces the first person animations, and even then it's hardly game breaking, just a weird firstperson animation where your character reaches his arm out when you press the grab key.
