Slight bump, but I wanted to report a most likely harmless, but kind of immersion-breaking glitch I had with the latest version of EW (running with OBSE v00018). I was having some difficulty with an Oblivion Gate earlier (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Random_Oblivion_World_4)--some walkways that were supposed to extend didn't, so I had to reload a save and try activating them again. That apparently confused EW, as when I next stepped outside one of the towers, the weather was...partly cloudy? :blink: Actually more like mostly sunny.
The weather eventually sorted itself out after I went through a few load doors, and all was back to normal by the time I hit the Sigillium Sanguis. Still...very strange, and I thought I'd mention it in case it's an actual bug that should be fixed. I assume it was the reloading that just tripped up EW's scripts for me, though.

Also I haven't yet seen any snow when my character's been up in the Bruma/Jerall Mountains area. Just rain. Is that supposed to happen? (I know there's seasonal weather, but it's somewhere around the end of Hearthfire/beginning of Frostfall in my game now, so I feel like I should be seeing some snow.)

Regarding the glitch, I tested it out and couldn't get it to replicate. I have a feeling that whatever was causing the walkway exentsion scripts not to work also messed with the EW weather script a bit, and that hung around for a bit after you reloaded. Just Oblivion being weird as usual, not much I can do about that. :shrug:
Just wanted to give everyone a friendly heads up that uses EW. If like me you are finding that it isn't snowing in places that it should and you also use Atmospheric Oblivion, then you should stop using it as it removes the snowy flag from certain regions.

I had a look at this, and I can't find any evidence of AO changing region weathers. It does remove the snowy weather flags for a lot of region sounds, but that only means that it doesn't play that sound when it snows.

For the final version can you make sure to update the Version number on the esp themselves. They are still read 1.3.5 instead of 1.4.0.
