Anyone else not able to get weapons and just constantly getting reall low level legendary armor ALL the time

I went through a stint of that yesterday, nothing but armor. Made some good caps though. Today was better, apart from three legandaries in the same dungeon (Mayoral Shelter) all having pool cues.

and what's worse is that i have doubles/triples of about half the armor pieces i get

I always get useless melee weapons (not a melee character) like junkie walking canes or ghoul killer wrenches.Meh...

There's a mod that gives legendary gear more appropriate for your level, but I guess this is an issue you want fixed in the vanilla game?
