Gotta say, all this 'where's the consumer support?' stuff for a video game, like we each bought a new car or fridge (or piece of gaming hardware), is pretty full on. I mean, if I were paying a subscription to play MP then I would be the first to lodge angry complaints at ignored issues. It doesn't seem that long ago that when a game came out which was very good but had issues, the response would simply be 'this game is very good but, like most games, it's not perfect'. Now, it's like 'this is game is very good but how dare it not be perfect you lazy, profiteering devs!' At any rate, to suggest Crytek are ignoring complaints about a game that was released a week or so ago is more than a little premature.
