Epiphany! Logan's Loophole is perfect!

Post » Wed Aug 10, 2011 7:44 am

A lot of folks were complaining about the overpowered stats of there character meaning there weren't happy with their high skill outcome because of the level cap raise so the devs came with the Loophole to make things right, but now folks are complaining about the perk that comes with it, meaning your not become an addict. If you use drugs your skills raise, so you want to be a god? then don't take the Loophole... it's not for you.

Don't use drugs, it's not good for you ;-)

Don't take the trait to prevent having tons of skill points and making yourself god, take the trait and there is no downside to skill-raising drugs. BALANCE!

Its stupid. Unless you RP a junkie drugs are optional. You people are creating overpwered characters then [censored]ing.

Its would be America nuking some 3rd world place then complaining it was to easy to beat them.

I'm sorry, I'm a bit OCD about things. I just thought that your post could easily be placed into the Logan's Loophole is OP thread.

Not only do I not want that chem change, I don't want to have to give up a trait just to let my game have the balance that was intended (at the game's release) and is warranted. And then there's the crap that they didn't make it cap your current level after 30. It's horribly implemented, and far from perfect.

by lvl 30 before the DLcs came out i was op anyways, tbh i think they shoulda lowered the cap to 20 like preBrokenSteel FO3, then it would be great seeing how theres some mobs who are base lvld in the 20s, make it actually challenging =]

If your already past level 30 then you also have new perks and skills , so when it would have set you back at level 30 then the perks you have taken and skills that were raised must be taken again...maybe it's too much work for the devs?

I think the lesson the devs are trying to teach us is this: Drugs are good, use them as often as you please because there's really no downside!

(Thats a joke kiddies, drugs are bad, don't ever ever do them unless you want to turn into a mush brained idiot)

Make it real challenaging. Play with 1 IN. Only when you play with 1 IN do you reserve the right to [censored].

You're acting like addiction in F:NV was a big deal - just go to any doctor, pay 50 caps and its gone. Or use fixer. Logan's Loophole is just small quality of life improvement, that's all.

I want to have my cake and eat it too. As a PC user i do just that; reduced skillpoint gain, perk every three levels and level 50 is quite reasonable. I also remove OWB's plot perks after finishing it.

OWBs content was good, but it's focus seemed to be in making the player character as overpowered as possible

I've never used chems in any FO game. I am also far past level 30 to even think of getting that perk.
