I want some type of modded armor that will let me have two different types of gauntlets, or have one bare hand and one gloved hand. I am almost positive I remember this was possible in Morrowind. Is it possible to make such an armor mod, or does Skyrim's creation kit force gloves to always be the same on both hands?

its possible, but if you actually want each gauntlet to look different, you need to go through the procedure of editing gauntlet models for all the gauntlets in the game.

afaik it hasn't been done yet.
