how does each red dot sight effect equip speed and what exactly is meant by equip speed?? thanks.

It means how fast you switch weapons

ok thanks. it took a little bit for me to get used to utilizing a second weapon. i'm so used to playing games where you have a borderline useless second weapon like a crap pistol or something.
