You mean yesterday you could play with no problem and suddenly today there is a problem ?
Well..figure out what has changed since yesterday..
Another thing is you have to be clear, is if you have bandwidth lag...or fps drop ?

Are the temperatures in your CPU and GPU OK? Overheating could explain a loss of performance, maybe you got some problem in the fans of your PC.

Check for any extra applications running in the background...
Did you change any graphical settings in Crysis2 ? Or settings for your graphics card...?
if not...try changing them and see if you get back your performance.. Uodating graphic drivers may help too..
Otherwise...i dont know man...something clearly changed in your pc since yesterday...

If you mean temps, you can use HWMonitor.

Also try resetting your BIOS.

I have the lag / freeze problem about once a week, reset my BIOS and works fine. I haven't tried to figure out why it does this, because right now it's not that big of an inconvience.
