I doubt it. He's probably just limited in what he's allowed to say.

If it means anything at all it's probably not really major, maybe there's a brahmin farm in the northwest.

Perhaps a tornado mini encounter, with a flying brahmin inside, located in the north by northwest part of the map? Perhaps Cary Grant is riding atop said bovine?

No. We've already got "We got COWS!". And is it wind as in "the north wind blows" or wind as in "wind up the jukebox"?

My votes still for Cary Grant riding a flying mutated bovine.

Maybe its a new breed of flying Brahmin that only reside in the northwest! Its probably Mr.House's plan to rule. Conquer everything in the Mojave Wasteland with flying cows.

NNW - Cow wind = methane. Some kind of Methane Production facility. What is the methane powering? cars? planes? Methane powered plane out of Indian Springs /Creech AFB?

One of the achievment icons did have you sat at what looks like the cockpit of a bomber...

/totally off, but what the heck

There is no such thing as thinking way to hard, considering we use only a tiny portion of out brains' power. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to meditate with my third eye.............

My guess is it's an easter egg, or a reference to a movie/tv show/earlier fallout game.

Might have something to do with jet, after all it is extracted from brahmin dropping. A jet manufacturing facility similar to drug manufacturing rings maybe?

Perhaps Cary grant on acid see brahimin fly through the air. Just read something on Grant, that he took acid 60x to help his alcoholism. But seriously I haven't seen that film in awhile were their any cows?
