INstall this: http://www.ntcore.com/files/ExplorerSuite.exe

go to: C:\Windows\SysWOW64

Look for this file X3DAudio1_7.dll

Right click the x3d file and select open with cff explorer.

If you don't see that as an option, then right click and select open with..... and browse to cff explorer. Select the exe.

If it opens successfully, you want to look at file type in the right pane. IT should say Portable Executable. My question is, is it 32 or 64 bit?

I finally made it....i delete the x3daudio1_7.dll in sys32+sys64 Folder and run DirectX jun2010 over it....now skyrim starts.

y only Bethesda games make Problems...Fallout 4 i got Problems with this file, too. i think. but the game says whats wrong....not only Close and be silence...

That's might be the problem. THat should be a 32-bit PE. X3DAudio.dll is a direct3d thing.

So lets try this. Go to: C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and Move (not copy) X3dAudio1_7.dll out to the desktop.

Then go to C:\.....................The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Directx10 and run the dxsetup.exe there. Run it as admin.

After it completes go back to the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and verify the 32-bit PE in cff explorer. Try the game.

That should have been a 32-bit PE file. For some reason something installed the 64-bit version where it shouldn't be. Not really the games fault. This is a common enough problem across multiple titles.
