A couple days I started having a problem with my creation kit. It seems I may be missing a file. The problem occurs while I try to edit the SKELETON, BEHAVIOR GRAPH and BODY TEXTURE in the BODY DATA of the NPC race. This has not been an ongoing issue until a couple days ago. Since then I have uninstalled and reinstalled SKYRIM and the CK twice. I have also used two completely different internet connection on two different parts of my state. I have used both the disk and STEAM to reinstall SKYRIM.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?
The error I am getting while trying to edit the BODY DATA is listed below:

C:\Users\owner\Documents\Actors\Character Assets refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or you network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.

This error occurs regardless if the mod is correctly installed or not.
