Error correction is similar to Quarn's unofficial patch in that it fixes bugs in FO3. Currently over 1000 items have been changed (although I admit some are judgement calls on my part).
Requires all 5 DLCs and probably requires FOSE.

The transparency files simply remove transparency from certain meshes that looked weird (before/after pictures available)
The trees file corrects a problem in 4 types of dead trees where you can see under their root system. I needed to change the meshes rather than move the trees due to the way FO3 handles tree LOD. If I move a tree, the LOD mesh shows up perpetually. There fore I altered the mesh so that it's several units further down. The downside is, all these trees are now shorter. (pics available)
Transparency_All contains all 3 transparency files but not the tree

Both random encounter water refrigerators now have sound
Smuggler's end pistol no longer has 100% condition
Tesla cannons no longer at 100% condition
MPLX plasma pistol no longer at 100% condition
Deathclaw scrambler device (broken steel) now works on all enlcave controlled deathclaws
Dead protectrons no longer hang in mid air looking like they're in multiple pieces frozen in time (however, there is a loud bang upon entering a cell with such)
Dead brahmin at Arlington water caravan ambush now constantly visible (it had a tendency before to be disabled)
Armored vault suit given by Moira no longer at 100% condition
Guard at entrance of the pitt market square now dispatches the three slaves instead of prentending to drag one off
Millicent Wellington now allows you to ask her things after she kills Susan Lancaster
Chief Gustavo no longer rewards you multiple times for killing Roy Phillips & Co.
Stops Uncle Roe from force greeting you more than once
Megaton settler (the one who gives you free stuff) doesn't tell you about the holy water cult if you have already dealt with them
Three dog no longer babbles about superheroes in CC if the quest "The Superhuman Gambit" is complete
Col. Autumn no longer refers to the character as "son" in Raven Rock. (note: dialog line removed, there was no female equivalent to use)
Hats on wastelanders no longer at 100% condition
"Wastelander with Bomb" random encounter raiders no longer friendly toward wastelander (I'm not 100% sure that this is all I did to these NPCs)
Michael Masters no longer stays at Warrington Station once invited to Tenpenny Tower
Colin Moriarity no longer stands around to watch the battle between Simms & Burke perpetually (I think)
Patient in Rivet City infirmary now sleeps in the infirmary bed (he had a nasty habit of going in to Dr. Li's room)
Centaurs no longer set off gas traps with their spit
Things removed by the enclave (such as the raider & supermutant camps along the potomac) no longer reappear after "Take it Back"
Liberty Prime's head now disappears from the enclave comm station canyon after taken back to the citadel
Holy water pamphlets no longer reappear
Vertibirds at project purity are purposely enabled so Liberty Prime can execute his AI packages correctly (and blow them up)
Time of Day/Day of Week synchronized (as the game went on the day of the week changed at different times instead of midnight)
Agatha's radio station disabled upon Agatha's death.
Travel time of one month to and from The Pitt (before it was no time passed)
Wherner no longer travels with you if you use the mine cart to/from The Pitt (except the first time)
