Can someone tell me how to redeem my LE items I've entered it Here about 5 times its says code not found

Hmm. I can't help you there. Maybe sending a PM too the admins will alert them and have them look into it. Surely your not the only one with this problem, but in any case, I hope it gets resolved for you!

It might have to do with the fact that the game is not FULLY released yet. EADM still isn't showing it as downloadable and the official site still has a countdown clock of about 2 hours and 15 minutes. It's probably a time delay thing. Try it in a couple hours (meaning 2) and see if you get the same thing.

there was a post earlier saying the same thing and someone from crytek said they are aware and working on a fix.
