I would like to kindly ask if the dialogue Esbern speaks in the trailer for Skyrim is spoken in the game, without having to grind my way into the game just to find out, as it is a lot of work and I don't want to spoil anything before I take it seriously when I come to actually play the game sometime in the future.

Worst case scenario, I will have to make do with the music and the sound from the trailer, and find out what program would be best to make his voice clear and the rest of the trailer absent, and it will be a lot of work to thin it down.

Nope, he never actually says that in-game. As far as i know, this trailer is the only official source for this little speech.
