OOC: Sorry I haven't posted. Just to let you know, I'm back to college next week so if I don't have the time I'll let you know.

“You...your bones?” Gundar's headache was getting worse. He noticed the Nord's clothing, rags with a few bones. “No thank you. You can keep your bones. I have my own.” He looked at the other members of the party as they were introduced to him. “Who are the barbarians?” Gundar looked at the man strangely, completely perplexed by him. He didn't know what to make of the Nord.

He turned to the Altmer. “My name is Gundar”, he said trying to ignore the start of the sentence until had actually processed it. “And what would your names be?” He tried to be as polite as possible when asking the question.

OOC: Ah, thank someone! You are still here! Good...

Jolfdarr shrugged at the answers and left to go and talk to Espell, ignoring the question and letting the wench answer it.
"Espell, I have been thinking... Perhaps we should go out of that door, together... Safety in number of bones you know? We could find some more bones perhaps? And you look a bit tired..." Jolfdarr said while looking worringly at Espell and sat down him too.
Perhaps they will be confused when I bring more bones than they would expect me to? Or perhaps I can convince Espell to believe in bones... Jolfdarr thought while fiddling with a bone on his shoulder.

Espell begun talking to Jolfdarr, softly, while still digging his eyes in the ground:
"No, not now. I will need to wait for the others to awake first, then all of us can start thinking about leaving this room together. Although, I wouldn't mind if you went into the next room to see what's in there and, most importantly, to check if its clear of traps and monsters and such. If you do decide to leave, be careful. If you get seen by something dangerous, run back here. I'm sure our new warrior will take care of it just right". Espell lively looked at Jolfdarr, placing his left hand on his right shoulder and said with a smile on his face: "Or, you could stay here with us. Its all up to you".

Comprehension moved across Elusdyr's face.

"Yes! Yes! Espell is completely right, barbarian, there could be bones in there. Infact, from the look of the room, this might be the back room of a tomb! Inside the next door could be rows upon rows of skeletons, so many bones that you'd never want for bones again! You should go through the door and have a look." Elusdyr nodded and patted Jolfdarr on the back. "Yes, a quite profitable adventure for you!"

Elusdyr turned back to Gundar, and pointed at Espell. "This is Espell. This mad, barbaric oaf, is Jolfdarr, he also leads a double life as a cultured noble man of well repute." Elusdyr lied while pointing at Jolfdarr. The others, I neither know nor care."

You guys are still dominating the RP. Anyways, we need to wait for Sryner and Uglius before moving on.

OOC: Well, we know any RP with just me, Hare, Emek, and Walrus would be the most active. But I guess Karrod can be a sitting duck for a few more days. What should we do if they take forever to reply? Assume they died from the dream thing?

OOC: I agree. But the so-called dominating, adds a lot of realism. All of them wouldn't just wake up all at once if knocked out, would they? Our characters can just assume that the others are dead and leave without them. Then, if they wake up, they will form a different adventurer party. At least Elite REALLY wants all the characters to meet.

OOC: And Elite, may I suggest putting character sheets in the first post like the Warp in the West RP does? I'm constantly having to look back at the first thread to see who people are :P (My last OOC post, I swears.)

Gundar relaxed a bit, feeling more comfortable now that he knew everyone's name. He was still confused by Jolfdarr's strange affinity with bones but couldn't help but smile as Elusdyr took a blatant shot at the, seemingly crazy, Nord.

He decided to add his opinion to the current situation. “I think we should wait for the others before we proceed. There's strength in numbers after all. However, maybe one or two people should scout ahead. It's always good to know what you're up against.”

Jolfdarr was battling in his own mind at the wench′s words...
If he is right... Then there are bones there... Many bones... Soo many booooones... But perhaps it is all a trap! And they will take my bones... Then it would be better to wait here until the others are coming...
BUT THE BOOOOOONES!!! No, not yet... Or perhaps... A quick glance only? Just a few steps in? If there are bones there I should hear them after that...

"I think... We should wait a second... Can the barbarian accompany me on my way in?" Jolfdarr asked while looking admiringly at the armour the "barbarian" was wearing.

Elusdyr shot an angry look at Gundar that seemed to say, "Shut up.".

"Think about it, Jolfdarr" Elusdyr said in an awed voice, moving his arm across the air to motion at imaginary tombs. "Row after row of tombs, full to the brim with bones, bones of every race and creature on Tamriel! Some catacombs around these parts, are infact, made from bones themselves! Think about it, a ceiling made of skulls! Chandaliers made from pelvises! Tombs built into the walls so full, that they overflow, pouring bones all over the room! So many bones, you could build a castle out of them, and still ahce enough left over for a small town! Go to the bones, Jolfdarr! Go to the bones! They're calling you, you can't wait any longer, or we might be trapped in here forever! GO TO YOUR BONES!"

As Jolfdarr heard the wench′s words a terrble conclusion came to his mind...
This cant be the wench... It sounds like the Bard... Why did noone tell me? Boooooones... Go take your booooooones... They will pay... One day... For tricking me... Jolfdarr shot a suspicious glance at the bard.
"Think about it, a ceiling made of skulls! Chandaliers made from pelvises!" The bard was just saying.
Yes... Boooones... They are everywhere... Cute, cute bones... They talk, they whisper... They want to be my friend... They are in there... Pay! They will pay! Trick me? Jolfdarr the Priest of the Bones? Boooones.... How dare they... Take their bones...

"GO TO YOUR BONES!" The bard ended his wave of words.
No need to take their bones... In there there are enough for me... Atleast for now... No hurry... PAY!!! THEY MUST PAY!!! But the bones... Must have the bones!!
Jolfdarr started walking towards the door, first in jerky, step after step moves, then faster until he almost started to run into the new room. He opened the door and entered.

OOC: We better get a description of the room now, two people have entered now.

OOC: I thought it was only one person?

IC: Elusdyr clasped his face and fell to the floor, laughing so hard that tears streamed down his face as he watched the Barbarian burst into the next room. He waited eagerly for the sound of booby traps, explosions and monsters.

OOC: Peryite secretly woke up and stealthy entered the other room without our characters seeing. He hasn't posted since, because he's still waiting for the next room description, which is why he's not active.

IC: Espell listened to Elusdyr convince Jolfdarr to enter the next room, but as soon as he tried to interrupt the bard, he just saw Jolfdarr fanatically running through the mysterious iron door. He stood up and with a shock on his face and looked down at the amused bard, saying: "What are you doing?! He could get killed by something! Well; its too late now... Damn it!". Espell thought for a second and called for the warrior Gundar: "Quickly, come with me, the madman might need a fine swordsman like yourself. If you don't wish to do so, at least give me one of your weapons for Arkays sake! Hurry!". Espell worryingly looked at Gundar, expecting a quick and positive answer.

OOC: Maybe we can stay in the room a bit longer. Before you call this meta-gaming, remember it was a stealth approach, I didn't take him head on :P

IC: Karrod immediately noticed Jolfdarr in the dim light from the room from the corner near the door. This may be a chance to get some answers. When the nord stared off out into the darkness, Karrod immediately drew his dagger, and ran at the nord from behind. Before he could hesitate, Karrod quickly locked one of his arms behind his back, shoving him against the wall next to the open door. Knowing nords were never ones to get overpowered by strength, he held the dagger over the nord's adam's apple, with Karrod's other arm wrapped around his neck, forcefully holding with his forearm. ((Just imagine a splinter-cell style grasp)) He whispered into his ear, "Move, and you lose your neck."

Karrod moved back into the room, with the nord still in holding position, Karrod's dagger resting gently on his jugular. He looked over Jolfdarr's shoulder at the other men. "Before this nord loses his life, give me some answers. Why in oblivion did you all put me here?"

OOC: That post is all fine by me.

IC:
When Jolfdarr had rushed out of the door to find the bones he didnt see much and stopped to squint at the room trying to identify anything bonelike. But before he had noticed anything he got shoved into the wall with a knife to his throat and noticed his arm being locked behind his back. Paralyzed by shock and fear he didnt try to fight or move. When he was told not to move he was just too happy to oblige.
He got moved back into the room and just stared in a silent call for help at Espell.
I knew I shouldnt have moved there... It was what they had suspected all along... And now look what happened... It was the bard who did this... All HIS fault!

Espell turned back looking at Jolfdarr. He now was imprisoned by the bold man, who said: "Before this nord loses his life, give me some answers. Why in oblivion did you all put me here?". Espell recognized the man Its the man with that beautiful amulet I've examined a minute ago! He thinks that we have kidnapped him... ermm... what to do? Espell briefly looked at Gundar and Elusdyr hoping that they'd help him, but he turned back at the man with the amulet and said: "L... listen. We haven't kidnapped you! We have awaken in here, just like you did a minute ago, not knowing who or what did this. Its a big misunderstanding. Ermm... think about it. IF we would have kidnapped you, then we wouldn't just leave you laying loose on the floor, with all your weapons and equipment right next to you, also, notice all the others who are still asleep. Please, let him go. He is no harm to anyone". Espell looked at the man, hoping that he'd let go of Jolfdarr.

OCC: Note that Jolfdarr hasn't told us his name, so our characters are not aware of it. Just so you guys remember.

Gundar's jovial demeanor ceased once the crazy Nord was threatened, he may have been out of his mind but he didn't deserve to die.

He decided to let Espell and Elusdyr deal with the two mad men as he knew that he wasn't good with words in confrontations and would end up making a move he'd regret. However, his right hand dropped to the hilt of his sword subconsciously, ready to draw it if the man with the dagger attacked. He wouldn't let any of these people die needlessly as their skills may be required if any of them wanted to escape alive.

Elusdyr sighed. He didn't really mean for the barbarian to die. "This whole situation seems to be quite bogging down our efforts." He said. "Why don't we talk about this reasonably. Put the dagger down, I'm a bard, I couldn't beat you in a fight. We mean you no harm, just let our friend go." Elusdyr walked up to the man slowly as he said this, when he was close enough, he moved forward as fast as possible and through strike at the man's head with his lute with all the force he could muster, now within reach of him. "Barbarian, kick him!" He shouted.

OOC: Was that really smart? Now there is a fair and reasonable chance that Jolfdarr gets himself one head shorter if Peryite deems it most realistic for that to happen. Also, Espell noted that you did NOT know the name of Jolfdarr since he hadnt told it yet...

IC: As the bard made an attack forward Jolfdarr in all desperacy tried to headbutt his captor and threw himself off to his right hoping to get as far away as possible from the sharp dagger as possible. He could hear a crack and feel how his left his arms went into a weird position.
"My bones..." Jolfdarr gasped and felt a terrible pain in the arm.

OOC: All that actually happened here is that Jolfdarr tried to headbutt his captor and tried to throw himself off to the right and his arm got... I actually do not know what it is called in english... Yeah, just pieces of tried′s

Karrod listened to Espell, though didn't really say anything. Before Karrod could respond, he was smacked over the head by the Bard's lute. Karrod groaned and stumbled a bit, nearly losing his grip when the nord tried to break free. Knowing he couldn't hold him much longer, he then positioned his elbow on the nord's back, and forcefully shoved him into the bard before the nord could headbutt him. Karrod then stumbled back, and slid against the wall back into a sitting position. A blow to the head on top of his already-painful headache from falling really wasn't the best thing. Karrod then began to speak. "By the...divines..." Karrod clenched his forehead, looking down.

Karrod glanced up at the crowd who were still standing, then put his dagger back into his sheath. "Sorry. I'm just...jumpy as all hell. Where are we? Does anyone have any sort of a clue?" Karrod then glanced at the two he shoved, then stood up, groaning. He offered a hand to help them up. "I apologize...just instinct. Legion taught me to be ready for..mostly anything. I don't remember a seminar on deflecting attacks by musical instruments." Karrod then clenched his forehead again, feeling dizzy, though still holding his hand out for the nord and bard.

OOC: I forgot, sorry. I'll edit my post.

Elusdyr lay there for a second, all the air pushed out of his lungs, the barbarian on top of him, he gasped for air like a fish out of water and slithered out from under the barbarian. Elusdyr pushed himself up, stumbling forward a few steps. From the strength of the blow he'd delivered to the head of the newcomer, he surmised that if he had taken his hand, there'd be three people on the floor instead of two. 'This has all gone rather well.' He Thought. [i]'The barbarian obviously would have wanted revenge against me for leading him in here, and he is quite unhinged. My charge against his attacker could only have ended in two ways, one, that the newcomer would slit his throat, the more unfortunate option, both for the barbarian and myself, and two, that I'd rescue him, stopping the barbarian from extracting revenge against me a later point either way, and indebting him to me as an armed protector if the latter came to pass. Why was a feeling remorse before I charged, though? I don't really remember justifying it like this when I attacked, and that's not how I usually thi- nevermind.' Elusdyr shrugged it off.

"What is your name, newcomer? I am Elusdyr, and this, is Espell. This is the barbarian, whom you were holding knife to throat, and this is Gundar. Sorry for giving you bit of a headache" Elusdyr said cautiously. Elusdyr was now supporting himself against a wall, his head still reeling from the barbarian's collapse on him.

The iron gate that led to the next room unlocks with a loud clunk. A tile falls from the ceiling, a heavy ceramic one. It has been hiding some kind of iron pipe which starts to fume a noxious green gas. The gas will fill the room with it's poison stench if the room is not evacuated clearly.

So you exit the room. (At least I hope so.)

Outside of the room there is a hallway that is parallel to the room, meaning that you can choose to go either left or right. The path to the right leads about one meter before turning left while the path to the left leads about three meters before turning right. There is nothing particularly odd about this hallway, as it is dotted with the same ceramic tiling as the previous room. Whichever path you take is your choice, and whether you go alone is your choice too.

Whether you survive or not, now that's my choice.

[Sorry about the fact that there are no dots, the dots will be added once you guys move.]

OOC: First of all, the reason why I haven't been regulating this is because I have been waiting for the final two people to make an opening post. But they have become flaky and quit, and their reputation dwindles in my mind. Anywho, I thank you all for keeping this going, trudging through like soldiers on the battlefield. Now you are rewarded with moving on, and whatever happens after that.

Karrod rubbed his temples, then looked up at the bard. "Karrod Rockland. Farmer, and ex-legion." Karrod glanced to the room behind him. "I was back there for a while and nothing attacked me, so it should be safe to move on." Karrod then glanced at the few still on the ground. "Might as well loot their bodies. If they haven't gotten up now, I doubt they will get up later."

As Karrod moved over to examine the equipment, a stone tile fell from the roof behind him, and a sound of rushing steam entered his ears. Karrod looked back to see a greenish gas emitting. "Damn...We have to get out of here! Come on!"

Karrod rushed out of the room, leaving the bodies alone. Even if they weren't dead, they would die from the gas. It's too late for them. Karrod then glanced at the two side paths, then leaned on the wall facing the door waiting for the others.
