I've been playing Daggerfall for about a week now, and I have now run into a very annoying problem... I can't get out of Scourg Barrow. I am doing Morgiah's quest where you have to deliver her letter to the King of Worms and then report back to her. Well, I've delivered the letter and can't climb back up the wall and out of the casket. How do I get out of this dungeon?


Edit: Nevermind, I clicked the tapestry on the wall and it caused me to levitate.

for future reference... since the game has many bugs that can damage your quests somehow, I do not consider the following a cheat:

if somehow you cannot get out of a dungeon area and this is p*** u off, save, immediately load the savegame and do NOTHING at all but press Alt + F11, which will immediately teleport you to the beginning of the dungeon / castle / tower etc...

Consider buying a recall spell. Set your anchor in front of, or at the start of a dungeon, and recall once your finished inside said dungeon.

Oh, man, I love the exaggerate sixism in Daggerfall... Those ladies in thongs dancing in front of you, well, if you forget they are in the middle of a cave full of stinking undead, then its fine .

haha, yes I still like to ogle at the ladies in Daggerfall. Such memories with that game. Scour Barrow was one of my favorite dungeons to go to, other than Shedungent. The one in Castle Daggerfall is fun, too. Wait til you get there. You haven't got there yet, right? You're still only part way through the game?

No, I just went to Castle Daggerfall for some quest, I thinking asking about a Painting in Wayrest.... But now!

you dont even need the levitation spell..

just climb out.
