A couple of Guild Wars commissions I finished, and a portrait of my boyfriend:

Being a bit more productive than usual. Dx

Damn, those are good, I especially love the second!

Found some time and energy to continue work on http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v191/Stormrider81/Art/Mokou5.jpg. She's coming along rather nicely.

I made a http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnDimhO_1mM for my Short Story class. It's based off of Margaret Atwood's http://users.ipfw.edu/ruflethe/endings.htm. I wanted to look at how a story that only told the whats of a story translated into a movie format. It turned out to be, unsurprisingly, like a movie trailer. We did the shooting in 2 hours and it took me about 2-3 hours to edit it together.

Let me know what you think!

It's not bad for a school project, but you can clearly tell you're not exactly working with professionals :)

Finally finished http://elstormo.deviantart.com/art/Loneliness-and-a-Burning-Night-186608295. Strangely, I consider it one of my better works, but it's not gathering nearly as much response as my other stuff...

Yeah...I kinda wish I had some better help, but I think the campiness adds something haha. I'm currently working on a song for another project in that class, so I'll post that on here when that's done.

Also, that's pretty awesome :D Good job!

Looks great! I'd personally add some sharper details, but that's just because I'm neurotic :)

Hmm, sharper details on the tiger could have made him stand out just that little bit more. Thanks :)

My current WIP, im redoing M.C. Escher's "Reflection" lithograph, but in pencil and im replacing him with me. The pictures are very blurry and leave out a lot of detail, thanks to my phone. I'll try to charge my camera so I can take proper pictures.

Looks great, especially since its not reffed and in that pose, I know I would have messed up :P I admire your colour pencil skills, I like how you merge and blend the colours :)

You definitely have a good feel for painting. I'd personally sharpen everything some more and add more details, but that's just me. Still, your stuff has a lot of believability :)

You painted that? The blending around the eyes is awesome.

Not really art, but i consider it an art.

Some of http://soundcloud.com/baustinwashere

The stuff at the bottom is really old and not so good.

The stuff at the top is okay, and newish. But still not so good.

Hey I'm learning. xD

Sounds really good! do you just use a synthesizer? or do you use something like FL studio with it?

Ohh very nice, I love Escher's work, yours is a good take!

Thanks! :)

I wrote a poem for someone.

“If You're Up There...”

Someone prayed to Raphael
and pled the court of Heaven.
To bless a healthy baby girl,
born on month eleven.

To have the wisdom, grace, and strength,
and beauty of her mother -
so she can be a shining star,
so gifted like no other.

His prayers, they fell silent
for three and twenty years.
But they saw sincerity
and love within his tears.

Her presence here is sure to bring
more meaning this Thanksgiving.
An extra gift on Christmas Day,
and happiness in living.

Not quite sure if this counts as http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/oo92/eindecker_album/skaven.jpg but I'm happy with them and I needed to show 'em to somebody. :hehe:

And by all means, feel free to critique. I haven't painted any minis in almost a decade, and could use a bit of constructive criticism...

Well, I'm working on a novel at the moment, and so I decided to see if I could do a few character concepts in photoshop.
Obviously, I'm not terribly good at art, but http://img263.imageshack.us/img263/5141/darkkiva.png.
No graphics tablet by the way. Not that it would help, I'm not very good at drawing IRL either.

Been working on something new too. I was kinda lost for inspiration so I thought I'd practice my referenceless drawing for a bit, only making it substantially harder by drawing two people (which is much more difficult than it sounds, since not only do the proportions on individual characters have to be right, but they have to be in proportion to the other character as well). I didn't really know what to draw, so I just made one of http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v191/Stormrider81/Art/MokKei1.jpg. Don't worry, it's no yuri or shipping or anything, although some will doubtless interpret it as such.

That's really nice! Great blending there ;) I svck at blending, though. By the way, does anybody know how to post a picture onto here? I've done a printing, and I'd like to show it, thanks :)

Thanks, and sure thing, head over to photobucket.com or tinypic.org, make an account. Then upload your pictard, and slap the url into your post :)

Someone from Assassin's Creed fan community asked for a picture of Malik and Leonardo wearing each other's clothes, so I doodled this up. I love Malik's constant snarkiness. <3

Anatomy practice of a man's torso and hip area. It doesn't show anything that could be considered 'offensive' or advlt in nature but he's still obviously nvde so I might as well put down a warning just in case. You can never be too careful lately.

Looking good, only thing I'd suggest is to make the delta muscles less round, especially the left (our right). It looks a bit too spherical to be believable.

Not without imperfections (but then, what art ever is?), but great mood and execution :)

She totally looks like the manager I had at the gaming store I worked at. :P Lovely drawing nonetheless, as is the Paine portrait. :)

Heh, thanks, though I'm sure it's just a coincidence. Also, wouldn't mind having her for a manager ^_^
