I'm trying to fix some dialogue bugs in an ESM (mod, not gamesas), and while I can see the entries in EE, I'm not confident I can fix it there. SO, I need to turn the ESM back into an ESP so TESCS can open/edit it, make the changes, and then re-port it to an ESM. I know I can complete the process, but the big uncertainty I have is will the mod still be functional after all this (barring any bad edits on my part). If memory serves, ESMs lose object/reference information (I can't remember the details), which I would think would break it AS an ESP, but since it's ultimately to be turned BACK into an ESM, that shouldn't matter?
Any thoughts, suggestions, or references are appreciated.
