I'm running dual monitors on my pc with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560. I have not had any issue with the monitor in question before installing the newest patch on ESO and playing it.

I'm getting these symptoms:

1. The monitor screen goes totally blank. Not blank but like the power is off.

2. It does not turn the power to the monitor off. The power light is staying green. Unlike if the OS sent a signal to the monitor to go into sleep mode.

3. If I turn the monitor's power off with the off button and then turn it back on the display image comes back and then immediately goes off again.

4. I can repeat #3 several times and then it will stay on for a certain period of time.

5. I rebooted, same issue.

6. Checked all of the physical connections. Nothing was suspicious.

7. Rebooted and did not open ESO and I haven't had this issue now all day today.

I'm suspecting one of the following is true:

1. The monitor itself is dying.

2. The video card is dying.

3. There is a conflict with ESO and my video card or another program on my pc.

Any thoughts?
