Completely disagree. None of them are game breaking, beyond your opinion of them being so.

1. No Auction house! - Guild Auction Houses are present.
2. No Player/NPC Collision detection - Who cares? Plenty of MMOs manage without. And I'd rather have epic battles instead.
3. Player/NPC over head name plates r missing. - Not that fussed. Hardly gamebreaking.
4. Sprinting uses stamina, not separate energy pool. - Most games do that.
5. No player race/armor inspections. - Again, not gamebreaking.
6. Missing XP/combat and friendly dmg inspection logs. - Ditto. Not gamebreaking.
7. No world npc chat bubbles. - Should be optional anyways. I hate them.
8. Sounds travel threw walls. - It's an MMO. Imagine the server load.
9. No emote command window. - Hadn't noticed actually, but hardly gamebreaking.
10. No group shareable loots. - Apparently it'll be instanced to each player so everyone gets something.

1 - There will be auction house in the guild(s) that you join.

2 - NPC collision will be added in the live game

3 - There will be mods you can probably get to remedy this. Also you "might" be able to achieve this through the option menu (not sure on this)

4 - Not sure if this is really an issue, but okayl...

5 - I thought there was a way to view these things, but I may be wrong

6 - Again mods

7 - I don't think this is a bad thing either

8 - ....okay

9 - Now we're just being a bit nitpicking

10 - Okay a very valid point. This should have been your #1 actually. I think Zenimax is working on this as well though.

I do not see those features as game breaking for me.

I also don't agree that any of those issues are material. I actually really like the lack of player names - really helps with immersion. Collision detection and an auction house are nice to haves in my opinion. Shareable/instanced loot would be a very very nice to have.

1. I actually think this is a good idea. It makes what you sell more valueable. (Because your not competiting with every other person on the server)

2. Meh. Honestly don't care one way or the other about it.

3. Yes, nameplates are needed. Heck even in beta, someone saves my bacon, and I have no way of thanking him/her unless I mouse over the person quickly.

4. I like that it uses stamina.

5. I'd like that, its always neat to look at another persons items.

6. I agree, its nice to have goals in game. Its also nice to know if a teammate is not pulling their own weight.

7. Yes, as it stands I have often missed dialoge because I was slightly to far to hear it clearly.

8. Don't care about it.

9. It'd be nice to have

10. Not sure what your talking about.
