Is there a place that lists all the keyboard commands for ESO? I see one for Skyrim , but I'm assuming there will be differences for stuff like chatting, etc...

Not that I know of. You can make the keys what ever you want them to be though.

E is interact

R is loot all I think

WASD like normal

M for map

B is inventory (I think, thats what I have on my nostromo)

Skills are 12345 and I think R is ultimate as well.

X is for using a combined skill that synergizes with another players skill.

I would be more interested in a list of command line commands.

Keep in mind that you can remap all the keybinds to other keys/mousebuttons if you so wish.

As for the command line imput, on the beta forums there is/was a thread with all the options given by a dev.
