That's pretty cool, i didn't know about the unique set-crafting locations yet.
Still on the fence about crafting. I hear crafting makes you waste skill points on it instead of using them on combat stuff, so probably not a good idea to do any crafting in the beginning of the game.
What happened to all the PvE info we were supposed to get? They did a week of PvP stuff, then they said next will be a week of PvE stuff, didn't get anything, now its crafting?
were not the pve week before pvp, I do not really remember so much they are showing
@chomag depends on how you look at it, you will not be able to get that gear without investing in crafting or relying on someone else to do it for you.
Pretty sure dungeons and raids will give equal if not better gear.
So the video just got posted and there are already people within the comments bashing ESO again, How do they get to these videos so fast if they hate the game?
Ofc, I were suggesting on the look of the item, and as they said also the enchantment on the item, as in the magnus set the 5% chance to negating of spell cost
I didn't really see any legitimate complaints, just people misinterpreting info and one guy saying he doesn't like the khajiit.
Crafting sounds like so much fun in this game and They use the best race to show it ... =^.^=
I'm stuck in a date of birth loop, I can't view the video.
One have to delete the chache and cookies for that web site to re-enter your birth date. This one put my b-day year as 2014 a few weeks back -- lol. Khajiit is older then 1 year
Yes enchanting is one of the crafting professions.
not in the sense of enchanting in TES. The enchanting in TES mostly involve crafting 'insignia / tag' like item and apply it to the items.
What a disgrace that dwarven armor looks like any other style. I really wish they would at least include a costume that provides a unique dwarven style.
Yes, but it svcks.
Styles and material are separate. We haven't seen a Dwemer style yet (as I recall), but there's no reason to think it couldn't be added in a future dwemer-centric content patch.
And I actually enjoyed the enchanting system quite a bit. I'd say "to each their own," but it's been very obvious that you're determined to provide blanket criticism of everything you see about the game.
Those are not dwarven 'style' armor, it is Khajit and altmer armour using dwarven ore / ingot.
Sadly, material only determines the level of the armor, and not the looks. You can't make a level 10 Ebony armor that actually looks like Ebony, for example. It's absolutely impossible to tell which material an armor is made out of with their system. And even if they added "real" Dwemer armor later, you'd think something as iconic as Dwarven or Glass armors would make it into the game at launch.
And really, I'm only criticizing the game? Come on. Don't make such generalizing statements based on one post. Armor styles and enchanting are important to me, and they are my main gripes with the game at the moment. The majority of the game is fine to incredible as far as I'm concerned.
And I would be able to turn a blind eye to that if you could actually tell it was made out of dwarven metal.
Did anyone elses eyes pop at the end of the video when looking at the armor? Mine sure did. Horribly low texture resolution...
