When i start up fallout 4 all the mods are checked and ready to go but when i click continue from save it loads then says all the mods couldnt be loaded. Ive tried changing plugin.txt and loadorder to read only but that didnt work. Help?

Checked in what? The Fallout 4 launcher? or, NMM? What are you using to manage mods, and where do you have Steam installed?
