Esp causes geck to crash a few seconds after startup.

I am trying to make a gas station in the middle of the wasteland. I have it pretty much made, but whenever I boot up my game with the esp active, it crashes after displaying the main menu (where it says PLEASE STAND BY) for about 2-4 seconds. Its not right on startup, and I have made sure its not a missing master. (only one is Fallout.esm) Up until about the last hour of work on it, I could load it up and run around the area just fine. I can't think of what I did to suddenly make it crash at main menu. All I did was move some preexiting objects, move the ground, retexture the ground, and delete some objects. Now I know about the trouble with deleting objects, but I used FO3edits UnDelete and Disable function, and made sure all of them did so. Plus, if that was the issue, wouldnt it cause a crash when in the immediate area? What would cause a crash on game startup? I would appreciate fixing this quickly, as its work for someone else, and I have a deadline I am trying to meet. (Its a while off, but I would still like to finish) I will keep trying things, perhaps even undisabling all the objects and running around with them all there. Thanks for any help.

EDIT: Using Fo3Edit, I erased all records that had been initially disabled, and the crash stopped. Does this mean I have to go through and hand disable all of them? I will try that, but I'm unsure if it will still cause a crash.

DOUBLE EDIT: Again, using Fo3Edit, I erased all changes to the vanilla objects in the area. Then, in the geck, one by one I carefully set each one in my way to 'Initially Disabled'. Once again the game crashes after being open a few seconds. Why is it doing this???

You can select them all (using CTRL and click) and then use the 'Batch Processing' key.
Its the minus key next to your 0 key.

I found it difficult to use at first, but after learning its idiosyncranacies, I find it a valuable tool for changing the settings on many objects at once.

Until you understand its problems, I would select a few objects at a time and practice with the batch processing key.

I have mingled with the batch processing key, which is a good idea for setting them all as initially disabled. But I still can't figure out why doing so is causing the game to crash. :(
