I'm trying to split my very large ESP into an ESM/ESP duo. Where the ESM only contains new records and the esp contains all the other data.

Is there an easy way to do this? I remember in Oblivion days there was TES4Gecko for this, but I dont know what would do it now. Can anyone help?
