My esp just became dog doo doo thanks to CK crash : V

Anyone out there have an idea how I might be able to save a days work after CK corrupted my esp? I just did lots of hard slog on a new cell, did my final save before testing and bang CK corrupted it. CK won't even recognize it, nor will TES5EDIT.

Change name from

Yourmod.esp.xx.bak

to

Yourmod.esp
