does anybody know the lore on Esroniet? all i know is theres a main city there called black harbour

It is one of the only Imperial territories not tainted by the Empire's politics. I forget what kind of system of government they have there. Or maybe I'm thinking of Cathnoquey*?

It's a principality, and it sounds tropical. That's about it. If you want speculation, the town names (perhaps a translation by Imperial scribes) and the name of the Prince sound human. As it's likely to the southeast of Morrowind, it could be the remnants of the human civilisation that was present in Morrowind in the early 1st era according to Frontier, Conquest.
