Imperial City , Tiber Septim Inn

Just as the thought of Vampire attacks crossed Abbotts mind , a paticularly disgusting and vile vampire smashed through the old mans window and pounced upon him .

The elderly but agile man flew into action immediately , undoing the latch on his window , sliding it open and leaping out onto the rooftop below . He landed on his feet , moving into a roll before kicking off and getting into a fast sprint . His mind was fixated on his mission and he ran as fast as he could , his lungs burning and his legs weakening as he traversed the complex array of rooftop's , balconies , and ledges towards where the old man was being attacked .

Like an agile monkey he leapt from the rooftop he was on and grabbed the windowsill on the first floor of the building , slowly clambering his way towards the 2nd story windows . His arms were giving way and his legs felt numb , but the excitement and thrill of the pain he could inflict drove him onward's . He hadn't killed a werewolf or vampire since he had arrived in Anvil , and wasn't going to let this one get away .

The sounds of struggling and gasping could be heard as he reached the second story window , With one final burst of strength he launched himself upwards and onto the ledge of the window , seeing the vampire in clear and full site .

It hadnt taken off to run so it obviously hadn't seen him earlier . He pulled back his sleeve , revealing the small but complex crossbow device securely strapped to his wrist . he quickly took aim , as he knew time was of the essence .

"I have you now , filth!" he spat viciously , taking aim at the vampires leg . he would wound it first...giving him a little time to enjoy himself .

Imperial City, Tiber Septim Inn

The voraciously hungry Vampire spun around, as a man's angry voice met his ears.
"Bloodseeker," spat the Vampire, disgusted. It hopped back from the man, and began whispering excitedly. Suddenly, it disappeared.
"Your blood will soon mark these walls, Bloodseeker," whispered the Vampire in a sadistic voice.

Oblivion, Sigil Tower

Thorin sat there for a moment, thinking up a storm.
"Right. Here's the plan. You rush in there, firing arrows and getting their attention, and when they're all focused on you, I'll go Werewolf. You wouldn't think it, but we're quite stealthy. I'll take out the majority of them before they even know that I'm there. C'mon!"

As Faolin went around the corner, Thorin used his magical detecting ring to look at the Daedra through the wall. He gasped in fear. A massive, hulking monster with jaws the size of a man lay beyond that wall. Thorin wanted to cry out to Faolin, to alert him before it was too late, but it would ruin his plan. Silently, and solemly, Thorin transformed into a Werewolf, and began to creep around the corner.

Solstheim, Nordic Village.

Jentina's head snapped in the direction of the door as Angorhn opened it. She flew up onto her feet, and gave him a menacing look. Her arm lifted up, and the table by the door was smashed into the wall beside them. "How DARE you keep me waiting for this long!" She said with a vicious snarl. She walked over to Angorhn's friend and grabbed him by the neck, squeezing tightly before slamming him into the wall beside them. "You must be the friend that he was talking about.." Her leg was lifted, and she slipped her dagger out from her sheath. "Well let me ask you a question, what the HELL took you SO LONG to get here?" Her grip intensified, and then she tossed his body aside like trash.

Her body turned towards Angorhn. Her silver dagger was pointed in his direction and she was beginning to creep up on him. "I could be doing better things with my time than playing hide and go seek, protecting your worthless life and listening to your constant BABBLING! Do you think I really need to run, Angorhn? I could easily blend in with the rest of Tamriel but no, I had to be dragged into this mess. Nobody, but NOBODY keeps *ME* waiting on my toes."

Oblivion

IC:Faolin crept up to the door and opened it. He had a arrow knocked but was not ready for what he saw. There was a huge gaping monster waiting for him that could swallow a man in one gulp.

OOC:I'll let you describe the monster Thorin. ;)

IC: He fired and arrow at the monster first. It hit it in the right eye, engulfing the eye in flames and leaving it completely useless. Faolin looked at the other four Daedra, two were facing him on the far side of the room, and two had their backs to him, on the closer side of the room. The monster stepped back stunned but one of the Daedra threw a fireball at him. Faolin rolled forward taking cover behind one of the Daedra. It struck the Daedra in the chest as Faolin pulled out his dagger. That's one down. Where the hell are you Thorin. After the body of the Daedra fell to the floor, leaving Faolin exposed, Faolin reached out and stabbed the next Daedra in the neck, killing it. He pulled his dagger out and watched the other two demons start to run towards him. He held his dagger out in front of him and got ready for a fight. Hurry up, Thorin.

Woods Near Skingrad

Synthius walked silently through the woods, and when he drew closer he noticed that the fire was actualy an Oblivion gate. He wondered why a gate would have any reason to open here. It didn't matter though, as long as they are distracted he could get around. The red sky glowed down around, seeming as though the sky was on fire. The glow grew britter closer he got. There were bloodseekers around it guarding it from any deadra coning out.

Synthius spotted a corpse on the ground. He just couldn't help himself from getting it. He ran out into the open and grabed the corpse and flung it over his shoulder. The bloodseekers opened fire of arrows at him. Most of them hit the body, but on hit his shoulder causing blood to drain down his shoulder. He drew into the trees and put the body down. A single one came alone with his sword out. He ran up and saw the body.

Synthius flung from hiding with his shortsword out and he cast a bolt of lightning at the bloodseeker. It struck him causing him to fall back a few steps. Synthius sliced his blade down the chest. Blood trinkled down and he sliced down arms and kicking him down, savouring all the delicious pain. He picked up his shortsword and began to swinging all other giving all the pain he can. He summoned a skeleton and sent it at the bloodseeker.

OCC: Wednesday, Theslin is a chick.

Solsthiem, Nordic Village

Angorhn with his werewolf strength and speed, grabbed the silver daggar from Jentina's hand and threw it out the window. He could tell that she was shocked from the sudden movements, but she quickly gathered herself, it seemed.

"Jentina I would advice against doing that again, it would not be very wise to attack a werewolf that has lived longer than I can remember. And for the mean time, this is Theslin. She's going to help us with the Blood-seekers and the others!" angorhn said as he stood before her, showing strength. Theslin recovered from the crash, and she wanted blood. Theslin charged towards Jentina but angorhn quickly stopped her.

"No one is going to be fighting here. This is a fairly safe place to be at the time?" angorhn said looking at both of the women, "Jentina there are Blood-seekers that have landed on the shores of Solsthiem, but we dont know where they are!", angorhn sat on the chair in the room looking at Jentina, a worried look came over his face.

"These Blood-seekers are like locus, their everywhere. I CANT STAND IT!" angorhn yelled releasing some stress, "Do you have any idea of what to do theslin?" angorhn asked brushing his hand stiffly through his hair.

"Well for the mean time I dont know what we can do, if we get to Cyrodiil and gather the other werewolfs then we can think of vanquishing the Blood-seekers and Vampires from the province. Then we can return here once our mission is done there. What do you both think?", angorhn looked at the women thinking it over.

"What do you think. We could finish that Blood-seeker guy that almost killed us!"...

Abbott grabbed the old man , of whom was previously getting attacked by the vampire...casually discarding him , throwing him onto the bed . "Stay there .... the vampire is still about" he commanded .

He anxiously paced the room , flicking his wrist and letting his glass dagger eject from its holster , his wrist mounted crossbow grasped firmly in his other hand .

"No...filth , it is you who is being hunted tonight . You can try to vanish...you can try to fight , you can try to plead and beg . But you will die a slow and painful death . Foul creature , You are my prey , and it...it is only a matter of time before I sniff you out and slowly tear you apart..."

He sniffed the air , closing his eyes , becomign enveloped in the moment . Tonight , he would kill....

"Come , I pray . Reveal yourself , and let us fight"

The Vampire slowly sneaked around the room, thinking of a way to kill this man. He laughed maniacally as a twisted thought wormed it's way into his mind. The Vampire lunged across the room, and stabbed a poisoned "Jink" dart into the Bloodseeker's hip. The Bloodseeker grimaced, trying desperately to move, but he was held in place. The Vampire revealed himself, a glass short sword in his hand.
"So sorry, but tonight, you are the one being hunted, Bloodseeker," sneered the Vampire in that same, wicked drawl of a voice. As the Vampire spoke, four other creatures of the Night, atop the Tiber Septim Inn, laughed as well.
"Now, how shall we kill you, Bloodseeker?" "

Oblivion, Sigil Tower

Thorin sneaked around the corner, the Daedra now in view. Two of them were Dremora, one of which was now dead, another was a Scamp, and the fourth was the massive one Thorin saw through the wall. It was a Daedroth, a hulking giant that looked like a cross between a muscular human and an Alligator. While Faolin held them off, Thorin crept behind a Dremora, and used his claws to slash at it's legs. He then sank his fangs into the helpless creature's neck. Next was the Scamp. The strange little Imp-like creature had already spotted the Werewolf, and begun slinging fireballs his way. The Werewolf deftly dodged the balls of heat, and lunged at the Scamp.

He ripped off it's long ear, and then knocked it to the ground with his muscular legs. The Scamp wailed in pain, but Thorin ignored it's cries, and silenced it with a slash to the throat. Now all that remained was the Daedroth. It's left eye was bloody and on fire, as Faolin continued to fire arrows at it.
"I'm here! Let's finish this demon!" shouted Thorin.

Outside the Gates of Skingrad, Cyrodiil

Tristan looked up at the Oblivion Gate in all it's demonic glory. Around him there was signs of battles taking place, but he dismissed it as the town guard fighting daedra. Tristan began to ponder whether or not he was going to actually enter it. He deceided to take the cold water approach. Jump in before he realized what he was doing. Tristan took a few steps before shoving himself through into the realm of Oblivion...

Oblivion

Tristan landed on the dark red soil of Oblivion, quickly looking around him, finding scamps standing around him, slightly surprised to see a human in thier realm. Tristan drew his blade, flashing in the sun as he cut into the first scamp. The next one fired a fireball spell at him, but he rolled to the side, firing another one back, which got the scamp square in the chest, hurtling him backwards into a pool of lava. He looked up to see several dremora, as well as a daedroth, trapped in chains and being lead by the daedra. Tristan backed up slightly. 'Yeah, this was probably a bad idea' he thought as the dremora noticed him and let go of the chains that had previously bound the daedroth. As the monster noticed it was free, Tristan fired a paralyzation spell at it and ran. More dremora cut off his exit, barring dremoran longswords in front of them. Tristan swung his shortsword across the stomach of the first one, ducking under the slice of another. He swept his blade along the legs of the daedra, who then fell to te ground as his legs gave out. Another one attempted to bring around his claymore before he was struck in the face by the hilt of Tristan's sword and sent flying with a shock spell. Tristan spun around, and saw the daedroth was not far away. It was charging at him, roaring as it did. Tristan turned once again, seeing his escape route: Another gate in the distance. He took off, the dinosaur like daedra bounding after him. Tristan's lungs felt like they were about to burst. After fighting, and now running, he was about done for the day. The gate seemed a great distance away to Tristan, who was now ready to just fall down and give up. Finally he reached the gate, and threw himself through it...

Solstheim, Nordic Village

The air was cold as Tristan landed face first into snow. He shivered as he stood up, looking around at his surroundings. "By the Nine, where am I?" he said aloud. His breath was visible in front of him as he walked out of a small copse of trees which housed the Oblivion Gate. In the distance, he saw a small town. He began walking torwards it, the freezing cold wind cutting through his thin jacket. His boots embedded themselves in the snow, making large footprints as he traversed through the deep snow, almost to the top of his calves. The bottom of his pant legs were wet with snow, and Tristan shivered moreso. He managed to reach the town, pushing open the gates and stepping inside. The walls blocked the wind slightly, but it was still freezing. Tristan climbed the stairs to a hotel, pushing open the door, and walking up to the counter. "How much for a room?" he asked the woman at the counter. She looked up at hin, as if slightly annoyed that she had to do her job.

"10 septims" she said in a disinterested tone. She was attracted to him, sure enough, but he still annoyed her somehow. It may have been the way he talked, which expressed cockiness, and she didn't like that particular kind of man. Tristan handed over the money with a brisk thank you before slowly walking up the stairs, and pushing open the door to the room he had purchased, flopping himself on the bed and slipping into a coma like sleep.

Oblivion

Faolin wached as Thorin tore apart two Daedra and got ready for the big fight. The Daedroth had pulled the arrow out of his eye and was now ready to fight again. He had a burning hole where his eye used to be but he showed no signs of pain. Faolin put his bow on his back again and pulled out his long silver dagger once again. He dashed forward and got the creature underneath the chin before it could react. He knew that this was a bad idea once he had stabbed the creature. It raised it's huge arm and smacked Faolin off of him as Faolin went flying across the room into a wall. He hit the wall with a smack and had a hard landing on the floor. He was winded by the blow and could hardly move...

Oblivion

"FAOLIN!" shouted the enraged but worried Werewolf, as his ally was sent flying into the wall.
"Damn you," said Thorin. He immediately rushed forth, swinging his claws madly at the Daedroth's arms. Dozens of large bloody gashes covered it's body before the Werewolf was through. The Daedroth finally reeled back in pain. It roared, and sent a massive fireball spiraling towards Thorin. The agile Werewolf leaped above the flames, which licked against his paws as he soared through the air. But as the Werewolf fell back down to earth, or Oblivion rather, another fireball was launched. Being in motion already, Thorin couldn't dodge this one. And Faolin wasn't conscious, so no potions. The swirling ball of heat struck Thorin dead-center. He was flung through the air, crashing into a large, black marble spike. It shattered in a dozen marble pieces, but by then the Werewolf was already back up on his feet.

The beast sprinted forward on all fours, and bowled the Daedroth over with surprising strength. The two wrestled on the ground for a moment, but finally Thorin was thrown off by the Daedroth's claws. As the Werewolf was recovering, the Daedroth bit down with a thousand pounds of pressure, breaking three ribs and puncturing an artery. It slung the helpless Werewolf across the room. Meanwhile, Faolin was still barely conscious, as the Daedroth approached him.
"Don't...y-you....d-d-dare..." muttered the fatally injured Werewolf. Thorin stood up, and something that hadn't happened for an Era occurred. Thorin's muscles expanded exponentially, his eyes went from hazel to crimson red, burning with the intensity of two suns. His fur darkened, and sprouted up like spikes. He was no longer a Werewolf, but something horrid and dark, something that the wizards of Tamriel thought they had sealed away forever.

Thorin, now easily ten feet tall, picked the Daedroth up, and with incredible power, ripped it in two. Gallons of blood and organs spilled from the shell of the dead monster, forming a grotesque pile on the floor. The demonic Thorin now faced the recovering Faolin, a ferocious snarl forming on his face. Oblivion hadn't seen a Werewolf for three hundred years. What was it to expect when one just walked on it? At any rate, Thorin was human no more. He was a creature of Oblivion.

Flynt winced in pain , his hip bursting out in a fiery hurt that he could not tend to due to the Jinx effect . He was locked in place...helpless , and the vampire clearly was not alone , as he could see four other of his kin behind him , sitting on the roof of the Tiber Septim like foul vultures , waiting for the kill so they could swoop in and drain him dry .

He tried to move...but was steadily locked in place . The vampire was carelessly taunting him , and he knew if he shouted for help , the foul monster would quickly leap forth with the shortsword and gut him like a fish . No , this was a battle of wit and word's , he needed to bait the creature into letting his guard down...posponing him enough for the effect to wear off .

He could already feel power restoring to his fingers ... and the vampire ahd been foolish enough to freeze Flynt as he was taking aim at him with his crossbow . If he could just rouse up enough energy to hit the trigger with his thumb , he might just have a chance...

He tried to move the thumb forward . It was suprisingly stressing , as if lifting a heavy weight . He felt like he was using all of his quickly diminishing energy , which wasn't much help seeing as he had already lost a good deal when he was climbing towards the apartment . Still...he was slowly making process , his thumb moving mere inche's towards the trigger . He needed to keep the vampire preoccupied .

"Vile filth , are these the way's that you play? To kill a helpless opponent as he stands frozen? Where is your sense of fair play...you have truly proven that you are indeed mindless husks of what were once humans , foul animals of the night ... where is your sense of sportsmanship?"

"Sportsmanship?" sneered the Vampire, a smile curling on his gnarled face.
"You want a fair fight, eh? Alright."
The Vampire sent a spark of magic from his finger, which immediately dispelled the "Jink" paralyzation effect.
"Follow my brethren on the roof. They will lead you to our leader, Llaryn Dren. He will give you the fairest fight of your life, Bloodseeker."
And with that, the Vampire vanished, leaving nothing behind but a cloud of magical dust.

Faolin slowly got his breath back and came back to reality. He looked and in shock and horror. What lay before him was a monster bigger than any normal werewolf and with blood red eyes. Faolin got up and stepped back and put his hand out in a friendly gesture. The werewolf monster watched him back away until he ran into a wall. Faolin tried to speak to what he though was now Thorin. "Thorin..." he had to catch his breath again, he was still in a little pain. "Easy now, remember me, Faolin right? You can still talk now can't you?"

Thorin replied with a blood-curling roar. He was no longer human, no longer Thorin, no longer even a Werewolf. He stepped towards Faolin, fangs glistening with saliva. Not only was he no longer Thorin, but he was hungry.

Faolin flinched from the roar. A drop of sweat hit the hot floor. It had fallen from his face. For one of the first times in battle he was nervous. The monster started to edge towards him and he anolyzed his surroundings. His dagger was missing, but he still had his bow. He look for any possible escape routes. All of the doors were too small for Thorin to fit in he realized. He didn't want to hurt Thorin, he decided his only chance would be to run. He quickly turned right and ran for an open door that led upstairs, he fled into the doorway and looked back half-way up the steps...

Thorin burst through the doorway in pursuit, slamming through three feet of bricks and wood supporters. He began to rip apart the hallway, chasing after Faolin. He roared again, his primal instincts kicking in. The Werebeast ripped off a support beam, and slung the pointed end at Faolin.

The paralyze effect was dispelled , and the lead vampire in the room seemed to of dissapeared into thin air . Before the Vampores on the roof of the Tiber Septim could react , Flynt burst into action ...

The very second he regained movement in his arm's he drew forth his crossbow and shot at a vampire's head from across the rofftop's with dead-eye precision . He was trained to be able to pick a bead on a target in mere seconds , but Flynt did not even wait to see if the bolt had hit the vampire or not , as he had already made his way towards the old man in the corner .

"Vile feral's .... they were foolish enough to believe in sportsmanship , and look what they got" he thought in his head as he picked the man up by the scruff of his neck . He dragged him over to the window , presuming the bolt hit it's target and they were making their way towards him .

"You want your food? Take it!" he snarled , throwing the old man out of the window and on to the lower 1st level roof below . He had hoped that the vampire's would become sidetracked by the easy meal , allowing him enough time to escape and rouse some bloodseeker's together . That way , he could do a background check on any Llaryn Dren's in the area and hopefully take out the whole nest .

The thrill was back in his vein's , and he had newfound energy . He quickly tipped over a wardrobe so that it was blocking the shattered window and jumped through the other window behind him , sliding down the roof slat's before ducking and moving into a roll as he made contact with the ground . It sapped him of some strength , but he was hoping the vampire's would lose his scent before he became too tired .

He ran down a nearby alley , crudely pushing a prosttute aside as he ran as fast as he could through the dimly lit and seedy backstreet .

Faolin saw the beast rampage through the hallway after him up the stairs. It grabbed a support beam and flung it at Faolin. Faolin ducked and the wind the object created tickled his ear as it flew past him and embedded itself in the stairs in front of him. He flinched as it produced a huge bang. He jumped over it and noticed that the stairs were collapsing behind him. He quickened his pace and swore he felt the huge monsters breath on his neck. He reached the top and jumped through the open door way. As he landed in the room he ran through the huge hallway and noticed he could hear the storm outside. He turned a right and saw what he had only heard of in legends, a sigil stone. It was suspended in mid-air by a huge fiery beam. He saw the monster come running after him out of the doorway and Faolin started running up the stairs to reach the sigil stone. He climbed some steps and pulled out his bow as he saw a Daedra running to stop him. The Daedra had a burning hole in his skull two seconds later. He pushed a second Daedra off the stairs and reached the sigil stone. He had no time to break as he noticed the werewolf was still on his tail. Thorin pounded up the steps, as they collapsed behind him. Faolin grabbed the sigil stone and prepared to pull it away. He looked at the monster and yelled, "Stop Thorin! Can you not recognize me? It's me, your friend Faolin! Come on, I know you have some humanity somewhere. If you have atleast a drop of civilization inside of you, you would know that I can damn you to oblivion right now. If you attempt to harm me Thorin, I will take the sigil stone and leave you in hell." He looked at Thorin and hoped for the best.

Oblivion, Sigil Sanctum

The Werebeast stopped in it's tracks, as a strange noise greeted its ears. The human was speaking to him, offering an ultimatum. But logic had been left behind, and the Werebeast could not comprehend such a proposal. It raised its claw as it approached Faolin. But something caught the creatures eye, something behind Faolin, lurking beyond the fiery beam in which the sigil stone floated. It was a massive monstrosity, made up of swirling stones, stuck together by electricity. Suddenly, a thought sparked in the back of the Werebeast's head. It was going to kill Faolin. And then the Werebeast remembered. Faolin. His friend, Faolin. And he was Thorin, kind and caring, not a brute killing machine like he was now.
"Faolin! Behind you!" shouted Thorin from within the beast's conscious.

Faolin began to fear the creature that was Thorin would not understand him. Then the werewolf grew a worried look on his face. It tried to scream something but Faolin could not understand the beast. He followed it's eyes and looked behind him as a huge rock golem raised it's fists to smash Faolin. Faolin rolled forward barely dodging the monster's fury. Faolin took his bow out and shot at the monstrosity. The arrow embedded itself in the creature's head but it had little effect. As the monster formed into a tornado like fury it sped towards Faolin at an incredible speed. "Thorin, my weapon has little effect on this monster. Help me kill it!"

Lliryn stood in front of the marble table, which was beautifully carved with figures and images which overlapped each other in swirling patterns. Along the edges of the table, on the four corners, and each side, were black candles, which were lit by a deep purple flame, basking the cave in a violet light, as the candles flickered from slight breezes that came through the cave. On the table, the mummified corpse sat, arms crossed on its chest, with necromantic runes surrounding it, drawn in the blood of Lliryn himself.

Sorian watched from afar, standing guard at the entrance to the room, his empty eye sockets betraying nothing of the feeling he felt watching this ritual. Those horrified thoughts were far back in his mind however, as he felt almost nothing at all, except obedience for his master.

Lliryn lifted a large black and gold tome, and opened it in his hands, flipping to a page of the required incantations. On a pedestal next to him, which was made of human bones, rested a pure black orb, which was roughly the size of a humans head. The Necromancer began a slow, rhythmic chant, the book resting in one hand, while the other reached out to touch the orb. As soon as his hand made contact with it, the blackness began to become streaked with a misty silver, swirling like ghosts.

His mind reached across the planes, the stone aiding his "journey" as well as strengthening his call to the dead, as he searched for a certain soul, long dead, but no doubt, just as murderous. He sought a Listener of the Dark Brotherhood, one who had been rather angry and murderous, even on his deathbed, and Lliryn knew he would have no problem convincing the man's soul to return to the living world as his servant.

Many souls came to his call, all wanting to return to the world, many of them blinded by that hunger, as the man wanted to enslave them. He continued chanting, as he called out for the soul by name now, strengthening it and empowering it. Soon, he felt an answering call echoing to him, heeding his call, and wishing to be reborn.

Lliryn picked the chant up now, dropping the book, as his now free hand began throwing the dust of ground bones of his enemies over the body, adding to the ritual and the corpses power. The soul was in front of him now, an indistinct blur, as it floated towards the Necromancer, touching him, accepting the offer to live again.

The body groaned, an low, unearthly groan, as Lliryn returned to the living world, closing the gate between the planes so that no other spirits could come through. He smiled as the body twitched and moaned, as he eneded his spell casting. A red glow came from under the cloth, where it's eyes should be, and the Necromancer smiled all the more. He sighed, however, knwoing he would need to rest more, before he could start enchanting the undead monster with spells of strength, speed and defense, making it a hardy foe.

the monster could not leave the ritual table, as it continued to moan, as the Necromancer walked into his chambers, casting a Silence spell over his door to drown it out, as he slipped into his mediative state which allowed him to rest his mind.

Thorin, now in full control of his Werebeast form, lunged forward, trying desperately to grip hold of the tornado the golem had become. The Storm Atronach sent bolts of lightning spiraling around, which shocked Thorin, tossing him off into the pit below. But Thorin had grabbed hold of the edge, two floors down. He hopped back up, just in time to find the Atronach, now in golem form, facing Faolin, fist raised. The massive Werebeast slashed off several large rocks from the elemental's leg. It collapsed into a pile of smoking rubble. But it wasn't over. The Storm Atronach reformed into an even larger golem. It sent a blast of thunder spinning towards Thorin. It hit him directly in the chest, sending him flying off the balcony yet again, this time, far from the edge.

Faolin watched helplessly as Thorin went flying off the edge. He reahed for his quiver and pulled out a specially made arrow. He notched it and hooked the end to a tight, thin rope. He aimed and shot towards the further away wall, it created a bridge of rope between where he was and to the other wall, just below Thorin. Faolin reached down and fastened the rope to the ground on a small spike. That should hold him, the rest is up to him... His thought was interrupted. The Storm Atronach punched him in the side, sending him flying into a wall once again. Damn.... He coughed up blood. Not again... He couldn't move as the wind had been knocked from him once again...

Thorin grabbed hold of a rope that appeared apparently from nowhere. It struggled to contain his weight, but obviously it was anchored to something strong. The Werebeast used the rope to get to the edge of the platform, where he climbed back up. Faolin was recovering from a serious blow, as the Storm Atronach approached. After gazing at the fiery Sigil Stone, Thorin got an idea. He rushed forward, and grabbed hold of the stone. It burned as if all of Oblivion was inside of it. Flesh and fur was singed right off of Thorin's paw. But he held on tightly, and struggled to continue on, despite the heavy, burning winds that had begun to spin through the tower. Thorin used the heat of the stone to blow a hole through the Atronach's chest, sending the rocks flying, and effectively killing it.
"Faolin... you have... to... grab... this!" shouted Thorin over the roar of the winds. He couldn't move any closer to Faolin, and had to hold onto a massive, black spike just to stop himself from flying off.
