Has anyone made a mod where you can permanantly block out the sun?

That is, once you fire a bloodcursed arrow at the sun, it remains like that until you fire a sunblessed arrow at it.

This would be a great little mod for vampires, so they can happily come out at day and never EVER fear the sun again.
