I have been having this problem for 3 days now. Ive spent several hours on the phone with Microsoft, cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled the game, even did a factory reset on my system. Nothing helps. I hate cloud saving. I have a 1tb hard drive so just let me use it.

I dont even get a percentage number. just the eternal "Syncing data" gray screen.

Ok so just out of curiousity I decided to just let the game sit while I made and ate a sandwich. After about 15 minutes it did eventually Sync. However now it seems to be stuck on Loading. The opening screen and music keep playing on a loop with the little loading icon in the bottom right corner. This has been going for about 5 minutes now.

Just wanted to leave another update. 20 minutes later and it's still on the same screen. If I want to play I have to do so offline.
