Eurogamer and His Talk about Random Dialogue

Post » Sat Sep 24, 2011 1:57 pm

Quoted from the eurogamer, "This may not prove true to the full game when it comes out but when I tried talking to a child and a Whiterun Guard they just said a random bit of dialogue and continued with their day, kind of like Megaton Settlers ect. from Fallout. Although the child wasn't nameless." We need to have high expectations to get what we want or we will be ignored and the Dev team wins with their small tidbits of info only for the purposes to add game hype. Tell me how you feel about this.

Thank you gaming community

Nope. If you pass someone in the street whom you don't know you're hardly likely to ask them about rumours are you? No, you're more likely to exchange a casual greeting.

Its pretty ineviable that the dialog will get repeated to the nth degree if you play long enough. Hopefully its just not as irritating as 12 versions of ive, fought mudcraps more fierce than you!

I'm under no illusion that this is a game and doesn't contain actual human beings inside it thinking up original things to say. I'm expecting some of it to seem like it was actually programmed, so it wont do anything for me. I was emersed into oblivion very easily, and morrowind - I'm sure skyrim isn't gonna be a problem.
