The water thing sounds nasty. The regeneration thing doesn't bother me. Waiting for part two. Would be nice if you could have taken some info we don't have yet, like perks.

Eh, most of us have played Fallout 3. As far as I'm concerned, the textures and LOD were fine in the 360 verion of that (didn't get to play the PS3 version), and it's not like Skyrim will be worse. So if those aspects didn't bother you in FO3, you probably won't be bothered by them here.

Finally, someone chose to go to prison. Did you by chance check your skills before going to prison and after waiting out your time? Did any of them go down?

That 2nd playthrough sounds awesome and the worship of Talos being forbidden makes perfect sense. The current emperor must be evil or hates the divines.

I'm curious as well

No, he hates the Septim rule. They now seem to be "Medes". So they don't want their people worshiping the "first" Septim.

He also was a "Dragonborn".

Vixulation, can you please describe how was fighting the orcs? did u go melee or magic? did the enemy AI do anything interesting? did they block? flank? talked or taunted you?
how was the combat animation? were there a lot of staggering like todd suggested in the GI article back in the days? or was the combat kinda floaty like in oblivion (where the PC and enemies barely react to being hit if at all and there's little need for blocking)?

Berserk racial power. Demo build.

I was talking about the video of the Khajiit in Tokyo (but also demo built)... 3 seconds to 75 HP to 78 HP, so roughly 1 minute and 39 seconds to up 1 HP to 100 HP.

In the case of OP, with Berserk racial power, is even faster, that's why He said that not 1 minute it took to get full HP, and I suspect He start the demo in level 1 also (and with 100 HP too?) ...

That might also explain why the Blades are getting killed off since their chief patron is Talos.

The door to the Dark Brotherhood looked exactly like the door in Oblivion, I asked one of the staff where it was but they didn't know, one guy actually said that even though he's played this a lot he hadn't seen it before and was amazed at a lot of the new content he's constantly finding, I believe after coming out of prison my one handed skill went down.

1: While playing it began to rain, rain still goes through walls, so that excuse about it being a shout is now debunked.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
this is inexcusable for 2011 almost 2012

Thanks OP! When you got the Bards quest, was the destination Solitude? Also, if the Dunmer was on a pilgrimage to the Northeast by Windhelm, why was he traveling south?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

Son of a [censored]! I was happy about regenerating health, but I didn't want it to be fast! :swear:

He's a level ONE character with only a few hit points to start with, so naturally it would come back fast. On high level characters with 300 or more it probably takes longer.

Do you remember if items that can be picked up cast shadows? Or is it still like oblvion/fallout where items have no shadows.

I am surprised about the graphics part, cause the footage they've shown so far looks damn fine,REALLY impressive for Xbox 360. Snow, water, characters, dungeons etc.

If he hates the Septim rule, it might make it more interesting if we find out that our Dovahkiin is somehow descended from Martin or Uriel.

Yes, I am glad they remembered. I hope we can make a bard too, although it seems unlikely.

Thanks for the info!

8: (may have read wrong) The loading screen stated that worship of Talos is now forbidden in the empire (doesn't make sense seeing as he was an emperor, but that's what I read)

:o

Are the Medes, or whichever family is ruling the Empire, mad!?

That's a relief... kind of.
Well not truly a relief, it's still sounded way too fast for a racial power.

Then whats the point of having a racial power??
In oblivion they complained they were too weak
Now there too strong??

I hope not, I don't want the game to tell me who my ancestors are. And it doesn't make much sense if you play an Argonian or a Khajiit.
