From UK. Amazon, Game + (Gamestation) and play.com, even origin all say released 22nd whereas Crytek state 21st.

Anyone know any places where I am able to get it the day of the initial release rather than wait a whole extra day?

UK hasn't yet split from the EU, so i'm not sure as to whether it's just for us or other places too?
