Played them all, abeit some of the early ones was brief. my favourites were, morrowind (although i recall it being very sandy brown alot of the time) and Skyrim. Oblivion was good and i did enjoy it, but my early memories have to be daggerfall. i think its such a long time ago. early to mid 90's i think.

With each passing generation of the franchise, the game just got better and better. worlds got more interesting. the lore became richer. the history found in the books i recall my memories and remember the days when i was much younger playing and wasting hours in a single player game. but well worth the ride.

It was still riddled with bugs after Dag213. I just made a change to my autoexec.bat to let me press 1 to start Daggerfall on boot up since it was constantly crashing. Awesome game despite the problems, best of series.

only played skyrim, but i would like to try the rest ones out some time in the future,

-....maybe if they had a graphics update, that with my eyes getting used to new things and all...

Last three including DLC. Sunk tons of hours into it (Starting with Oblivion).

Tried Arena and Daggerfall but couldn't really get into it. I do wish that Redguard would be compatible (and legal) to play on modern PCs.

Started with Oblivion, then Skyrim.

Later got Morrowind: Haven't finished it, as I grow bored with it too quickly.

Also have Arena and Daggerfall, but haven't done much with those (the starting dungeons are ridiculously difficult).

Morrowind,Oblivion,Daggerfall and Skyrim. The order in which i have played them.

Hope to play many more ES games in future years.

i am not suprised to see that most voted hardcoe.

The poll should really say something like "What was your first Elder Scrolls Game? Arena/Daggerfall/Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim" I think there are tons of people that have been playing since Morrowind (which is more than 2) but wouldnt consider themselves die hards. A poll should be able to capture all possible positions on a matter or you won't be getting accurate data. Just my two cents
