That's every level with ghost, no kills, no alarms, no bodies found, and all collectibles (coins, runes, and charms) found.

The only thing I didn't do that I wanted was saving Blake and the others during Flooded District. I did the quest, but for some reason it didn't trigger as completed. I'm not crazy enough to do it over though.

Hardest level was definitely Flooded District, eventually I just did the huge assassin section without knocking anybody out, just spamming my powers all over the place. Granny Rags was tricky, but eventually I figured out a way to freeze time so I wouldn't get detected and sleep dart her. I screwed up Return to the Tower a couple times, not sure how. I was also lucky enough to get Strong Arms early on, that helped a lot.

Still have yet to do the DLC! Apart from the final fight, I don't think there will be any huge problems. Chokedust is great stuff.
