Every other guy has the same voice?

Like many huge world RPGs like Skyrim, I've noticed a repetition in character voices. Well the one voice used in many male characters sounds quite familiar. Has anyone seen the old Disney show, The Weekenders? The voice sounds like the main character. Oh, and also, the one character in the Theives Guild sounds like a gruff Michael Cain. Anyone else agree with me on these two things?

Don't forget the Arnold's.

But it's not as bad as it was in Oblivion.

There's 70 voice actors spread across, literally, hundreds of NPCs. Of course several people are going to have the same sounding voice. At least it's not like Oblivion where there were less than 10 voice actors for everyone, not including the really unique quest characters.

I'm not really complaining about the number of voice actors, really I was just pointing out the two voices seemed familiar
