Auri-El exists, Talos exists, Boethiah exists, Akatosh exists,

I mean, I'm just saying that every god seems to coexist somehow, and if there was a war, or something...
It'd be cool. Because we have a lot of gods... all in different divisions, some stand alone, etc. It's weird...
How did it all come to be?

They are mirror gods...
I.e Akatosh,Auriel,Alduin,Alkosh and probably Tosh Raka are all part of the same over soul but perform different functions.
The Gods are based on belief what the people believe they do they perform that duty.
The Gods came from two great cosmic forces called Anu and Padomay.When at the dawn of time they fought and died the blood of Padomay became the Daedra and the Blood of Anu and Padomay mixed became the Aedra.
The Aedra died when Lorkhan tricked them into making a mortal plane,Some of the Gods escaped from this following Magnus and becamethe Magna'e.
Then the aedra became Earth Bones and are now standing on the belief of mortals and are subject to mortal will and belief.
The All Maker is probably AKatosh/Alduin.
Some gods like Ebonarm are not actively worshipped anymore.

What about gods like Sithis?

We you know actual gods actually exist believing in ones that can't prove their existence would be difficult
