Everyone at Primm, and Mojave Outpost Attack on Sight : Fallout: New Vegas

I hope this is in the right forum.

Anyway, I've played for about 10 hours and I finally decided to play the story. I'm working on helping Primm get a sheriff (the former sheriff in the NCR Correctional Facility if it matters). I have cleared out the NCRCF, and sided with Primm. It says I'm neutral at the NCRCF and the Mojave Outpost, with no rating in Primm and I'm in good standing at Goodsprings.

Whenever I go into the Vicky and Vance Casino, no matter what I'm wearing I'm shot on sight. Unless I'm wearing NCR uniforms the NCR shoots on sight. Ranger Jackson and Ghost shoot on sight no matter what I'm wearing, and I have to kill him, thus I fail the "Can You Find it in Your Heart" quest.

What I'm asking is, does anyone know why this is happening? From what I have seen, I've done nothing to cause this to happen. Thanks for any help anyone.

EDIT: Cass in the barracks at the outpost also shoots on sight.

It seems that every NCR Ranger attacks on sight if I'm dressed as an NCR Soldier. They also attack on sight no matter what I'm wearing. :-\ Help.

The stranger that my status with NCR is accepted and I'm doing missions on their side

There are some bugs with the disguise system - likely you tried on a powder ganger suit and took it off again, but the disguise script didn't shut itself off. Find yourself another powder ganger suit, put it on, then take it off again after waiting a moment so the scripts can catch up to what you are doing. That should clear up the problem.

wow... ok, so I bet that's why Caesar's Legion attacks me on sight, unless I'm wearing a suit of their armor... then I get attacked if a higher up CL guy sees me. I've tried on A LOT of suits... so I doubt just doing that would help me so... I'm gonna start over since I wanna side with the legion. This time, not putting on any disguises. lol
