Is everyone with Win7 64-bit having problems?

Only problems i have that are major are sound issues... My radio wouldnt play music when i first started the game.. Took me 3-4 hours of searching to figure out a fix for it, and most of the time when playing the game the music or sound affects will be stuck in a "locked up" loop and wont stop until i turn the radio on and off, or move to a different area. Its really anoyying...

That and the other problem im having is how laggy the game gets when 1-2 NPC's are on the screen, using the toggleemotions command in the consol tho really helps with that and i only starts to lagg when i have like 15 npc's on the screen now.. I also get the occasional jerking in the game where the fps goes from 60 and spikes down and then go back up.

Im on Windows 7 64bit, i havent tried it on windows xp or Vista, and i dont care too. I just want to play the game, and asside from the bugging out music i just ignore the jerks and the toggleemotions fixes the npc lag

Running even better now that I used the ATI dll..tweak.

Win 7 64

19x12
4AA
16AF
V-sync on
Ultra...

60 fps

17 920 @ 3.4
9g ddr 3 1333
5970
SSD
Win 7 64

Runs just as good as FO3 now...like butter..

And even though FO3 was not designed for Win 7...I had no problems with it either.
