Is it because of my graphics card that everything blurs when I turn?
Because on the kill cams i see my opponent's screen never blurs when they turn.

I have a Nvidia Gt 220 1GB
8 GB DDR 3 RAM
and intel core i7-920 @ 2.67 Ghz

That's called motion blur and it's part of the game. You can disable it by adding to the "target" area on the shortcut after the .exe path r_motionblur=0

Surround yourself by objects, look forward and turn your head side to side really fast...I just did it multiple times to test it, if your vision isn't blurred. Then I guess you're special.

It's the best part about playing Crysis...the motion blur. It's not like normal motion blur. In Crysis, each object blurs seperately at a different rate or not at all depending on its size and motion/speed..essentially replicating the human eye. Other games just blur the entire screen.

Crysis motion blur also makes the game more playable than game on the same frame rate on other engines.

Crysis at 30 FPS feels more like 50 FPS.

Crysis at 15 FPS feels like 22-23 FPS.

Crysis at 23-25 FPS feels just like 30 FPS or more.

I love the motion blur especially when it's running 40 fps or higher, gives a great visual effect. But of course on the down side it makes the game feel much more slow when it's lagging a bit.
