This is pure speculation.

And don't we already have one of these on the wikia?
The Faq?

Yes it is, but it is also commonsense. I am sure they too want to make more money off their game.

So... They can't make a fallout game that has a definite ending now without it having to be a money-scam?

Got one more, hardcoe is not a difficulty setting, but an option to add new features into the game.

Thank you. You get um... ah.... a TURTLE! :turtle:

It's sad really is it? I just don't see them having a definite ending.

I can. Obsidian always does definite endings, most Fallout games have had definite endings, and if the changes they'd have to make are as massive and numerous as they claim then they're not going to make a small $10 DLC pack that lets you play after the ending either. Speculation on whether or not there will be DLC that rectifies this is just that, speculation, not knowledge, and it's likely incorrect speculation at that.

Ayeah, for this threads info.

Big guns have been dissected into the other skills, all big guns that shoots bullets belong to firearms, all big guns that has explosive ammo belongs to explosives and all weapons that uses fire belong to energy weapons.

And among the new skills are survival. But throwing and gambling are not confirmed skills at the moment.

hardcoe is not a difficulty setting, but an option to add new features into the game to make it more challenging.

If it is more challenging, wouldn't that make it more difficult? :)

Hard to say until the game comes out.

If you start the game and your options are:
| easy | normal | hard | hardcoe |
...then it is a difficulty setting.

If you start the game and your options are:
| easy | normal | hard |
...and after you select the difficulty you get the option to make it hardcoe, then it is added features.

FO:NV uses the FO3 game engine. With only minor differences, graphics and general game appearance will be simlar to FO3. You will notice some degree of reused art assets.

AND

FO:NV gameplay will be similar to FO3. There have been adjustments made to first person combat, special V.A.T.S. attacks and companion interaction, but gameplay will closely resemble FO3.

AND

FO:NV is NOT FO4. It is neither a major step forward in the Fallout franchise nor a sequel to any previous FO game. It is best described a "spin-off" more like Grand Theft Auto:San Andreas rather than GTA4 was to GTA3.

Sticky please.

I agree, it should stop people from asking stupid questions if it always stays at the top of the forum.

And I believe you may have forgot about: Fallout: New Vegas is not an add-on to Fallout 3 but an entire new game

You may not need to add that based on some other info in that list, but I do see people every once in a while thinking it's just an add-on to Fallout 3.

What an arrogant jerk. Leave this work to the mods. Who in the hell do you think you are to post crap like this. Sure people post things they know won't go in but you should try to stop them from doing it because it just means more people are getting excited about the game. I actually see it as a good service, in no way mean-spirited, as a way of showing people what we definately already know so the board doesn't get bogged down with threads that are doomed to be shut down in three or so posts, or recieve no feedback at all. I think I would prefer the title be something like "Things we know as fact" or "Things about the game that we now know"...which I think got buried some time ago, I'm not sure.

But I approve of this thread, as a reference if anything.
